We understand that things change and sometimes you can’t make a course. Our courses are very popular and are often sold out many months in advance. We have a waiting list of people who’d like to attend, but we need to give those people adequate notice.
If you are unable to attend a course please give us as much notice as possible. We want to avoid disappointment and allow another person the opportunity to attend a course.
There are two options for people who can’t attend a course they have booked: 1. Refund (minus transaction costs) 2. Transfer to another course date
Refund or transfer entitlements depend on the amount of notice you provide.

All refunds are exclusive of any transaction fees incurred paying for the course. e.g. Credit fees / PayPal fees. These are not refunded by the financial institution.
Heat & Smoke Waiver
The health and safety of our staff and clients is our highest priority. We want to make sure you achieve something amazing during your course, so during periods of extreme heat or poor air quality we may modify how we deliver courses.
This means that we could start earlier in the day, or that we start by forging a blade but past a certain time we finish the blade via stock removal. We will do our best to communicate potential changes well in advance.
During periods of extreme heat or poor air quality we may offer attendees the option to transfer their courses without prejudice. Attendees who give between 7 and 2 days notice before their course may, at our discretion, transfer to another course of equal value or elect to receive a gift certificate for a course of equal value.
If you are prevented from travelling because of government enforced lockdowns, we will either refund your course payments or transfer it to a future course (your choice) with no penalty. We ask that you let us know as soon as you know.
